NPORS 360 Excavator
Tailored to the learner's level of experience, this course will equip workers with their NPORS 360 Excavator Operator Card.

Course overview
The NPORS 360 Excavator training course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate a 360-degree excavator in construction and site-based environments.
This course covers all aspects of excavator operation, including pre-use inspections, machine controls and safe operating techniques. Learners will develop an understanding of excavation procedures, lifting operations, and how to work efficiently across a range of site conditions.
Throughout the training, emphasis is placed on hazard awareness, safe working practices and operator responsibilities. Learners will also gain an understanding of relevant health and safety legislation, as well as how to minimise risks when working around services, structures and other personnel on site.
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive an NPORS 360 Operators Card. This certification confirms that the holder has demonstrated the required knowledge and practical competence to safely operate a 360-degree excavator in line with industry standards. The NPORS card is widely recognised across the construction industry.
Endorsements may be applied depending on the category of training completed, such as below 10 tonnes, above 10 tonnes, or additional modules including lifting operations.
