The NPORS Construction Site Manager course is designed to provide learners with the advanced knowledge and skills required to effectively manage construction sites in a safe, compliant and efficient manner.

This course focuses on the responsibilities of a site manager, including overseeing daily operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
