NPORS Telescopic Handler (Telehandler)

The NPORS Telescopic Handler training course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate a telehandler in construction and site-based environments.

This course covers all aspects of telehandler operation, including pre-use inspections,  machine controls and safe handling techniques. Learners will develop an understanding of lifting and placing loads, operating on uneven ground, and working safely in a variety of site conditions.

Throughout the training, emphasis is placed on hazard awareness, load stability, and safe working practices. Learners will also gain an understanding of relevant  health and safety legislation, as well as their responsibilities as plant operators when working around people, structures and other machinery.

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded the NPORS Telescopic Handler (Telehandler) Operator Card.

This  certification confirms that the holder has demonstrated the required knowledge and practical competence to operate a telehandler safely and in  line with industry standards.

The NPORS  card is widely recognised across the construction industry and serves as  proof of operator competence on site.
