Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, all employers must ensure that employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or become ill at work. This includes appointing a suitable number of trained first aiders and providing regular first aid training for those responsible for delivering emergency care.

Yes. All our courses include certification from the relevant accrediting body.
You'll receive your certificate either printed or digitally soon after successfully completing your course with us.

Yes. Please bring valid photo ID (driving liscence, passport) with you when you attend any course with us.
For practical and face-to-face courses, wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear if it is needed. We'll confirm any specific requirements when you book.

Course overview
The Level 2 Safeguarding course is designed to provide learners with a clear understanding of how to recognise, respond to and report safeguarding concerns in a variety of settings.
Throughout the course, learners will develop an understanding of different types of abuse, including physical, emotional, sexual and neglect, as well as the signs and indicators that may suggest someone is at risk. The training also covers the importance of early intervention, appropriate reporting procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Learners will gain insight into relevant UK legislation and guidance, including safeguarding responsibilities under frameworks such as the Children Act and Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance.
The course also highlights the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and understanding the role each individual plays in safeguarding.

This nationally recognised 2-day course is designed to develop a deeper understanding of common mental health issues and equip learners with the skills and confidence to respond appropriately.
